Dr. Mark Rockwell
Mark is a retired chiropractic doctor, who practiced in Redwood City, California for 24 years. He graduated summa cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1976.

After retiring, Mark and his wife, Dianne, moved to Penn Valley, California. Mark became a fishing guide in 2003, and enjoys fishing and guiding on the Fall River, the largest spring creek in the western U.S. In 2003, he became vice president for conservation for the Federation of Fly Fisher’s Northern California Council, and soon became aware of the Endangered Species Act’s importance to fishery preservation. Mark has worked with Ducks Unlimited, California Waterfowl, California Trout and the San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
